Building is divided into an operational – functional part and the residential – living quarters of the building are located.

The facility has a garage for 10 fire fighting vehicles. The garage is designed as a walk-through and enables the organization of a so-called fire train scheme.

The special feature of the building is the control room, which in is the case of this building raised to the upper floor, for providing  a surveillance over the runway.
