THE PROJECT AIMS AT CREATING AN ECONOMICALLY MODEST BUILT FORM FOR A BUILDER ON A CORNER PLOT OF NARROW LANES WITH COMMON WALLS.
THE MAIN ACTIVITY ARE DISTRIBUTED IN 2 LEVELS, COMMON SPACES LIKES LIVING AND KITCHEN ON LOWER FLOOR WHILE PRIVATE SPACES LIKE BEDROOMS ON UPPER FLOORS.
BEING THE NARROW HOUSES WITH SHARED WALL,THE SCOPE HAS BEEN RESTRICTED TO FRONT FACADE ONLY, SO THE HEART OF PROJECT LIES IN THE FRONT FACADE.
THE DIAGONALS OF TOP AND BOTTOM SLABS OF BALCONY ARE POPPING OUT AND RECESSED IN LIKE CRISS-CROSS. VIBRANT COLOURS HAVE BEEN ADDED TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION OF SURROUNDING OLD STRUCTURES COLOUR, EVENTUALLY MAKING IN PART OF FRONT FACADE.
