This project aims to substantiate the Development Strategy of the Resita County Emergency Hospital to complete and increase the quality of medical services in a framework built and arranged efficiently from medical, technical and economical points of view.

The strategic development plan of the hospital will be based on the care needs of the patients, the increase in the quality of the medical act and the prevention component in parallel with the economic efficiency based, including the elimination of the character of social assistance that burdens emergency interventions and the number of beds in emergency hospital compartments.
In addition, correlating the level of investments with the community’s real needs is a main objective of the functional redesign process.
The reorganization of the hospital will have to respond to the medical, administrative and staffing needs, to ensure optimal decision-making, related to patients’ needs, and limit losses through the use of optimal technical solutions.
