The 1.2-acre spread of the property lies almost directly across the street from the main entrance to the Bel Air Country Club. The house was built in the 1930s and was designed by architect Paul Williams. Exteriors are clad with natural stones, and the designers of Jennifer Lopez have made sure that the interiors are flaunted by materials that are classic-based design features like hardwood, marble, and mixed floors. At the back of the house, the infinity-edged pool together with the loggias, koi ponds, fire-pits, and carefully altered green gardens is the ultimate soul of the mansion. A private sitting area at the back opens up into a secluded patio. Jennifer Lopez has the absolutely perfect setup for late-night dinner parties with her family and friends. Between all the foliage and the bridge, the backyard feels like another country. Palm trees are a beautiful element of the setup. The grounds also feature an amphitheater with seating for 100 people.
